Deposits

Booking deposits are non-refundable. They pay for the hair we prepare and curl for you in advance and for the appointment slot we hold. See the Booking & Deposit Policy for how rescheduling works.

Hair that has been installed or worn

For hygiene and health reasons we cannot accept the return of hair that has been installed, worn, washed or altered. This is standard across the hair industry and it protects every client who comes after you.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can — WhatsApp 876-499-9154 — with your order number and clear photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it. You will not be out of pocket for our mistake.

Unopened hair

If you have received hair you have not opened or used and you need to discuss it, contact us before doing anything with it. We look at these case by case and we would rather hear from you early than late.

Services already performed

Refresh and Takedown are services. Once performed they cannot be refunded. If you are not happy with the work, tell us on the day, while you are still with us, and we will do what we can to fix it there and then.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under Jamaican consumer law.
