Who we are
Luxe Locs by Jo is a luxury boho-loc studio operating from Mona Heights, St. Andrew, Jamaica, selling human-hair loc sets and providing professional install services. You can reach us on WhatsApp at 876-499-9154.
Using this site
- By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
- You must be 18 or older to book an install or place an order. Clients under 18 must be booked and accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- All photographs, text, style names and branding on this site belong to Luxe Locs by Jo. Please do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Prices
- All prices are shown in Jamaican dollars (JMD).
- Every install price includes both the hair and the professional install. There is no separate installation fee.
- Prices can change. The price that applies to you is the one shown when your deposit is paid.
- We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If an obvious error appears, we reserve the right to correct it and to contact you before proceeding.
Booking an install
Bookings are governed by the Booking & Deposit Policy. In summary: a 50% deposit secures your date, the balance is due on the day, deposits are non-refundable, you may reschedule once with 48 hours’ notice, and we do not install hair brought from elsewhere. You must disclose any scalp condition, sensitivity or allergy before your appointment.
Results and aftercare
Hair is worn on a living head, and how long an install lasts depends on your hair type, your lifestyle and your aftercare. We give you honest guidance and aftercare instructions, but we cannot guarantee a specific lifespan. Following aftercare advice matters.
Orders and payment
- An order is accepted once payment clears. Until then we may decline it.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and on the booking form, including bank transfer, which must be completed within 24 hours.
- We never ask for your card details over WhatsApp, email or social media. If someone does, it is not us.
Photographs of your install
We photograph finished work for our portfolio and social media. You can opt out at any time by telling us — no reason needed, no penalty.
Liability
We take care of your hair and your scalp. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product concerned. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any dispute falls to the Jamaican courts. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Jamaican consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your booking or order is the one that applies to you.
