Late and Cancellation Policy
To ensure we provide the best service to all our clients, please review and adhere to our late and cancellation policy.
Late Policy
- 15 Minutes Late: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $3,000 will be applied. This fee must be paid before the start of your appointment.
- 1 Hour Late: If you are more than 1 hour late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund of your deposit.
- Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-Show Policy
- No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, your deposit will be non-refundable, and future appointments will require prepayment in full.
Rescheduling Policy
- 24 Hours Notice: Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment without any penalty. Please contact us directly to reschedule.
- Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of $3,000, payable upon rescheduling.
